Payment Terms

All payments for Corporate Podcast Studio services offered by Brimzuki are due in South African Rand (ZAR). Accepted methods include bank transfer and approved electronic payments. Invoices must be settled within the timeframe specified on the invoice.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Services are cancelled by Brimzuki prior to commencement.
• Payment is made in error and no services have been utilised within fourteen days.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within thirty business days. No refunds apply to services already delivered or partially used.
